Welcome to Sbisiali Subscription! This User Agreement (referred to herein as "you," "your," and/or "Subscriber") governs your participation in the Sbisiali Subscription service. By becoming a Subscriber, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully

Subscription Features:

Sbisiali Subscription enables users to support their favorite creators through a paid monthly subscription. This subscription grants access to exclusive digital features and content created by Sbisiali Creators.

Definitions:

• Creator: A person or entity posting Sbisiali Subscription Content on the Sbisiali App.
• Sbisiali Subscription: A paid monthly subscription available on Sbisiali, offering Sbisiali Users access to specific digital content and features.
• Sbisiali Subscription Content: The exclusive content made available by a Creator to Subscribers who have subscribed to that Creator’s Sbisiali Subscription feature.
• You or Subscriber: Any person joining the Sbisiali Subscription feature by purchasing a monthly subscription.
• Third-Party Platform Provider: A non-Sbisiali platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, through which you purchase Sbisiali Subscription.

Terms and Conditions:

• Access and Discontinuation:
  • Account Creation: To access Sbisiali Subscription, you must first create a Sbisiali account. Account creation typically involves providing certain personal information and agreeing to Sbisiali's Terms of Use.
  • Account Information Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the account creation process. Any inaccuracies may affect your ability to access and enjoy Sbisiali Subscription features.
  • Account Security: Safeguard your account credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify Sbisiali immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • Account Termination: Sbisiali reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion, particularly in cases of violations of the Terms of Use or any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
  • Discontinuation of Sbisiali Subscription: In the event of a termination or suspension of your account, access to Sbisiali Subscription features will be discontinued. Sbisiali will provide notice of any such actions, and you may have the opportunity to appeal or rectify any issues, as outlined in the Terms of Use.
  • Account Recovery: If you encounter issues accessing your account or if your account has been suspended, Sbisiali may provide a mechanism for account recovery. This may involve following specific procedures outlined by Sbisiali support services.
  • Creating an Account for Sbisiali Subscription:
    • Visit the official Sbisiali website or download the Sbisiali App from the designated app store.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to sign up and create a Sbisiali account.
    • Provide the required information, which may include a valid email address, username, and password.
    • Review and accept the Terms of Use during the account creation process.
    • Upon successful account creation, you will have access to the basic Sbisiali features.
• Price and Period Changes: We reserve the right to change the price or period of Sbisiali Subscription. Changes will be notified, and they will apply to you no earlier than your next renewal.
• Revenue Sharing: Revenue generated from Sbisiali Subscriptions may be shared between Sbisiali, third-party platform providers, and eligible Creators, following agreed-upon terms.
• Purchase Agreement: Upon purchasing Sbisiali Subscription, you agree to immediate access and waive statutory refund rights within the cooling-off period, unless prohibited by applicable law.
• Third-Party Purchases: When you choose to purchase Sbisiali Subscription through a Third-Party Platform Provider, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, there are specific terms and conditions associated with these transactions. By opting for this method, you acknowledge the following:
  • Charges and Terms: The charges for your Sbisiali Subscription purchase through a Third-Party Platform Provider will follow the terms disclosed to you at the time of the purchase.
  • Platform-Specific Terms: Each Third-Party Platform Provider, including but not limited to the Apple App Store or Google Play, may have its own set of terms and conditions governing your use of their platform. You are responsible for understanding and complying with these platform-specific terms, in addition to the terms outlined in this agreement.
  • Payment Processing: Payment for your Sbisiali Subscription purchase will be processed by the Third-Party Platform Provider. The processing of payments and any associated fees will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.
  • Review and Acceptance: It is your responsibility to review and accept the terms of the Third-Party Platform Provider before completing the Sbisiali Subscription purchase. Any issues or disputes related to payment processing or charges must be addressed with the Third-Party Platform Provider directly.
  • Governance Details: For a comprehensive understanding of the governance of your Sbisiali Subscription purchase, you are encouraged to review not only the terms of this User Agreement but also the Sbisiali Privacy Policy, EULA Terms & Conditions, and Sbisiali Terms and Policies, as well as the terms and policies of the Third-Party Platform Provider.
  • Third-Party Platform as an Intermediary: Recognize that the Third-Party Platform Provider serves as an intermediary for your Sbisiali Subscription purchase. Any issues, including billing inquiries or disputes, should be directed to the Third-Party Platform Provider, as they are responsible for handling these aspects of the transaction.
• Subscription Renewal: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Your Subscription will automatically renew monthly. To cancel, visit the Creator’s profile or the "Subscriptions" tab in Settings or through the Third-Party Platform Provider.
• Feature Changes: We or a Creator may change features or content. Cancel before the next billing period if you do not wish to continue after changes.
• Editorial Control: Sbisiali does not exercise editorial control over Subscription Content. Use of Sbisiali Subscriptions is at your sole discretion.
• Account Deletion: Deleting your Sbisiali account will result in the loss of access to Subscription features. An active account is required.

Supplementary Information:

These Terms supplement Sbisiali Terms of Use.

In case of a conflict between these Terms and Sbisiali Terms, these Terms govern your use of Sbisiali Subscriptions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Your continued use implies acceptance of changes.
